What is CrossFit?
CrossFit is a challenging, competitive, social and effective way to meet your fitness goals. We combine the best parts of weightlifting, running, body weight exercises and kettlebells. By sticking to the most effective exercises from each, we can do really efficient workouts in about 15 to 20 minutes. The workouts are not easy but professional coaches will give you personal attention and customize each workout to meet your fitness ability. Additionally, you will work out in a group with supportive, motivating, and like-minded people.
